CONSUMER RETURN POLICY

You can return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, by following the instructions below. Only purchases made directly from Sanctuary Knives and Holsters LLC qualify for the return.

All orders are processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery and therefore no modifications to the order can be made.

How To Return:

To initiate a return, please reference your Order Confirmation Emailand Reply to ALL then in the subject line type “Return or Replace Items”
In the body of the email explain what you are returning and why. If item is defective or not working as expected please let us know that.
Remember to include a copy of the email you send with the merchandise you are returning when shipping back.
If you can not find your Confirmation Email, contact us at info@sanctuaryknives.com and we will reply you with specific instructions.

Return Details:

We will send you a package with a return box and label to ensure shipping costs are minimized. Once we receive the item back into inventory, we will immediately process your refund or credit.
The refund will be for the full value of the returned item(s) unless otherwise noted.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Return shipments fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Credit for the returned item(s) will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 10 to 15 days from the date we received the merchandise.
A restocking fee may be applied to returned items
Only purchases made directly from Sanctuary Knives and Holsters LLCqualify for the return. For all other purchases, please contact the authorized seller you purchased the item from.
